Shoulders & hips are the same size, with a very defined waistline
Shoulder and hip measurements are within 5% of each other
Your waist is at least 25% smaller than your shoulder, hip, and bust measurements
Ex. - Shoulders & hips = 36” / Waist should be 27” or smaller
TRIANGLE Shape:Shoulders or busts are larger than your hips
Shoulder or bust measurements are more than 5% bigger than your hip measurements
Ex. - Shoulders measure 36” your hips will be 34 1/4” or smaller
TRIANGLE Shape:Hips are wider than your shoulders
Hip measurement is more than 5% larger than your shoulder or bust measurements
Ex. - Shoulders measure 36”, hips should be 37 3/4” or larger
RECTANGLE Shape:Shoulders, bust, & hips are around the same size, with no defined waistline
Shoulder, bust, and hip measurements are within 5% of each other
Waist is less than 25% smaller than your shoulder or bust measurements
Ex. - Shoulders measure 36”, your waist will be 27” or more
