“always bounce back.”
In 2015, or even at the beginning of 2016, you may have experienced some things that caused you to fall. Finances. Relationships. Self-Doubt. Self-Image. Self Esteem. Anger. Unrealistic expectations. Pride. Well…no matter the issue, you can and must, “always bounce back.”
In the image you see some very colorful and busy items. These are items that look like you gathered them up from your grandma’s, your brother’s, your mother’s, and your closets. You see a busy patterned coat. You see a red non-traditional knit jacket/top. You see some “worn” jeans. You see some suede red pumps. You see a lovely leather light blue handbag. You see a pair of BOLD red, yet traditional glasses. Then you see an example of how similar items could look, on the image of the ladies walking on the NYC streets. In the image, it becomes real, that the ensemble would come together quite well. It’s the bounce back, and it hits you right in between the eyes.
We all fall. Some stay down longer than others. Scattering happens. We lose things, friends, etc. But after that has happened, we gather up what we have, and we should “always bounce back.” Then when you look at what comes together, it looks better than it would have, had none of this taken place.
Scattering happens. But in the great design scheme of things, the “bounce back,” makes it all turn out BETTER.
Be Blessed & Stay focused on the big picture. YOU.
So...you've worked hard. You've taken care of home. You've done for everyone but yourself.
You're asking yourself, what's next? Well I've discovered the answer is:
LIVE LIFE! It's just that simple.
Everything will happen as it should. Don't close yourself up in a box, waiting for your next move. You go ahead and MAKE your next move. God has already laid out the framework for how it will all fit together. The test for us, comes in the surrender. Surrendering is the easiest thing to do actually. But really we make it tough. Just let God be God. And you do you.
Go out. Do and be your best. Stop worrying. Be safe. Party, yet responsibly. Make new friends. Connect. Smile. Laugh. LIVE. Make time for your goals. Take vacation. Enjoy vacation.
But as always, do it in style. Use these colors, and the elements of style shown here. Let me know how it goes. This is my testimony. I haven't done well in the surrender. Keep me in your prayers, and I will do the same.

be smart. be flexible. be prepared.
A MOMENT OF INSPIRATION...
The ensemble in this image, shows options for day and night. It's a high-end reflection of what you could do by switching out your bottoms (jeans or skirt). It's not your typical, average person's ensemble, but it is a good representation of what a person in an artsy field could wear, both day and night. You pretty much have a 2 for 1 outfit. It's smart. It's flexible. You're prepared with it on.
So let's think in terms of "ease of use." Ask yourself the questions,"What can I do in my everyday existence that will allow me the greater time and opportunity to do what I need to do? Can I multi-task better? Can I schedule my time for must dos more effectively? This way you can be more flexible each day to roll with the punches. (Thanks ma, for this recent advice). Then with a little extra time can I manage my own personal goals, and take more risks associated with where I want to go...so I can afford the items shown here one day, lol.
Looking back, you used to do this....but what happened? Whatever the stumbling block, let's get back on track...be smart. be flexible. be prepared. Let's work differently this year! Be better.
This blog will discuss and shows trends, classics, and color in ways you haven't seen elsewhere. ENJOY!
