So... you're looking at this image, and asking yourself, "How can I make THESE items work together?" The bridge connecting these items in general is THAT DARN JACKET!
For the most part, if you look at these items, you could put anything from this group together, accessorize it well, and you'd be well dressed and highly fashionable. If this is a challenge for you, it's best if you learn a few basics:
So...What's your thing? Be sure you build from THAT DARN JACKET.
We fall in love with the high end items, but we live in a budgetary reality lol.
It's a good idea to model your color scheme, and clothing lines after high end
items. But catching sales, deals, and visiting cosignment stores, or shopping
pre-owned, can get you a sometimes better look for far, far less, as is shown in
this image. Like always, we suggest wardrobing when you shop. That way you always
have a complete outfit to wear. And you can mix and match seperates when you
need to. So...do with this what you will...
How do you feel about these two options? Would you do anything differently? Add anything other than what is shown? Change colors? Your choice...Holla ! leave your comments below
Regardless of if you are a neutrals kind of person or a bold bright color type , you can do you. Focus on wardrobing.
For the sake of space we included only the clothing items and handbags. However real wardrobing includes:
- Bottom (pants, shorts, skirt, etc)
It's good to pick pieces that can go with more than one top or shoes. This way you will always have something to wear. Don't be a girl with so many clothes, that you have nothing to wear!
This ensemble, just works. There is enough calm to support the burst of yellow. You could even wear this with a wide elastic or leather belt, and leave the blazer at home.
Try smart prints with stripes. It can work and you can work it!!
Any suggestions or comments... Holla!
